Description: High Speed Electric Loco Trial and CRS Inspection of the newly electrified Tumkur - Bangalore Double line section. Electrification works began in January 2020, with in few months the work came to a stand still due to the pandemic. Electrification works resumed by August 2020. The double line from Soldevanahalli to Hirehalli was electrified and ready for inspection by March 2021, and Hirehalli to Tumkur was completely electrified by September 2021. The electrification work was done on a war footing basis to commission this line specially for running MEMU trains. Train : Tumkur - Bengaluru CRS INSPECTION TRAIN.
